UPSC Consultant Recruitment 2026 में कौन Apply कर सकता है?
यह opportunity mainly उन retired Central Government employees के लिए है जो Assistant Section Officer (ASO) या equivalent level से retire हुए हैं।

UPSC Consultant Salary / Remuneration कितनी होगी?
इस consultancy में remuneration regular government employee की salary की तरह नहीं होगी।
Central Government pension system के अंतर्गत आने वाले retirees के लिए fixed monthly remuneration का calculation retirement के समय मिलने वाले pay और basic pension के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
Pension वाले Retired Employees

NPS वाले Retired Employees
NPS के अंतर्गत आने वाले Central Government retirees के मामले में retirement के समय के last basic pay से 30% of last basic pay के बराबर amount deduct किया जाएगा।

Fixed remuneration contract period के दौरान unchanged रहेगा।
इस consultancy में annual increment या percentage increase नहीं दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा DA, HRA और residential accommodation admissible नहीं होंगे।
UPSC Consultant Working Hours
Selected Consultants को full-time basis पर काम करना होगा।
Normal working hours:
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
इसमें half-hour lunch break भी शामिल है।
Consultant को concerned branch द्वारा दिए गए काम के अनुसार dealing hand के रूप में duties perform करनी होंगी।
वह संबंधित Section Officer (SO) या Under Secretary (US) को report करेगा।
Functional requirement होने पर Consultant को Saturday, Sunday या gazetted holiday पर भी duty के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
Consultant Engagement कितने समय के लिए होगी?
Initial engagement maximum one year तक होगी।
इसके बाद extension candidate के:
- Performance
- Functional requirement
- UPSC की आवश्यकता
- Applicable terms and conditions
पर depend करेगी।
हालांकि consultancy को 65 years की age के बाद extend नहीं किया जाएगा।
